Career Advancement
CCFC's professional development program provides teachers with opportunities for career advancement. The program includes opportunities to attend both local and state conferences, participate in workshops and local academic coursework. As teachers strengthen their knowledge and skills and increase their academic credits in the field of early education and family development, our agency provides oppportunities for advancement to positions with greater responsibilties and increased pay levels.
Applicants must meet the requirements for a California Child Development Permit.
